Call Forwarding Guide

Forward calls to Puhebotti in minutes. Instructions for all Finnish carriers.

You need Puhebotti's service number before activating call forwarding. You'll receive it during onboarding or by contacting customer service: 041 400 0700 or [email protected]

What is call forwarding?

Call forwarding means that when someone calls you, the call is automatically redirected to Puhebotti. Puhebotti answers immediately and handles the call on your behalf.

You can choose when Puhebotti answers:

  • Always: all calls are forwarded to Puhebotti
  • When unanswered: Puhebotti answers if you don't pick up (e.g. after 20 seconds)
  • When line is busy: Puhebotti takes over when you're already on a call
  • Outside business hours: activate forwarding at the end of the day, deactivate in the morning

Activate with a short code

The easiest way to activate call forwarding is with a short code that works on all carriers:

Dial on your phone: **21*NUMBER# and press call.
Replace NUMBER with Puhebotti's service number (e.g. **21*0400123456#)

To deactivate call forwarding: ##21#

Always-forward:

Forward when unanswered:

Telia

Always-forward:

Activate: **21*NUMBER#
Deactivate: ##21#

Forward when unanswered:

Activate: **61*NUMBER**25#
Deactivate: ##61#

Is forwarding active?

You can test by asking someone to call your number — Puhebotti should answer immediately. You can also verify active forwarding yourself by dialling *#21# on your phone.
