Call Forwarding: Elisa, DNA and Telia

Operator-specific instructions for activating call forwarding to Puhebotti. Short codes work on all carriers, but you'll also find step-by-step instructions via each operator's own service portal below.

Short codes – work on all operators

The fastest way to activate call forwarding is a short code directly from your phone. Replace 041XXXXXXX with Puhebotti's service number, which you receive during onboarding.

Unanswered calls (recommended)

Activate: **61*041XXXXXXX#
Deactivate: ##61#

Forwards calls to Puhebotti only when you don't answer. You can still answer normally yourself.

All calls

Activate: **21*041XXXXXXX#
Deactivate: ##21#

Forwards all calls directly to Puhebotti. Use this, for example, during holidays.

Busy

Activate: **67*041XXXXXXX#
Deactivate: ##67#

Unreachable

Activate: **62*041XXXXXXX#
Deactivate: ##62#

Remove all forwardings at once: ##002# deactivates all active call forwardings with a single code.

Elisa

With Elisa, call forwarding can be set via short code or through the OmaElisa portal.

Via OmaElisa portal

  1. Log in to OmaElisa (elisa.fi/omatelefonia)
  2. Select your subscription
  3. Open Phone services
  4. Select Call forwarding
  5. Enter Puhebotti's number and save

DNA

With DNA, call forwarding can be set via short code or through the OmaDNA portal.

Via OmaDNA portal

  1. Log in to OmaDNA (dna.fi/omadna)
  2. Select My services
  3. Select Call forwarding or Additional services
  4. Enter Puhebotti's number and save

Telia

With Telia, call forwarding can be set via short code or through the Telia Oma app.

Via Telia Oma app

  1. Open the Telia Oma app
  2. Select your subscription
  3. Go to the Services tab
  4. Select Call forwarding
  5. Enter Puhebotti's number and save

Frequently asked questions

  • We recommend **61* (unanswered calls), so you can still answer yourself. If you want Puhebotti to handle all calls, for example during holidays, use **21* (all calls).

  • Yes, the short codes work abroad as well. Note that the operator may charge a forwarding fee in addition to normal data roaming. Check pricing with your operator.

  • Call your own number from another phone. If Puhebotti answers, the forwarding is working. You can also check active forwardings with the code *#61# (unanswered) or *#21# (all).

  • Usually not. The short codes work directly without separate activation on all three major operators. If a code doesn't work, contact your operator and ask them to confirm that call forwarding is enabled on your subscription.
